How Do I Do This?:
1) Place your announcement order through our order form.
2) After you submit your order, you will be directed to the secure Paypal site to pay for your order.
3) Then submit all photographs to anne@sassybabydesigns.com.
4) Within 24-48 hours you will receive a proof via email. Make any changes, corrections or approve your announcement. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
5) After approval, your announcements will be professionally lab processed and shipped. An email will be sent to you when your announcements are on the way.
6) Share your beautiful baby with your circle of friends and family!

Your matte 5"x7" announcements are processed in our digital laboratory, using Premium Fuji Crystal Archive paper and chemistry. Thank you Notes/Note Cards: High quality thank you cards are printed on 100-lb. heavy linen cardstock. We use a high-quality, full color offset print process to make your cards beautiful. These cards are the same quality that you might find at your local card store. Luxurious 80 lb. brilliant linen envelopes are included free with every order as well as an additional envelope for every 25. Our copyright is printed in very small type on the back of the metallic cardstock announcements (unless design dictates otherwise).
Photos:
Once you place your order and pay through the secured PayPal site, please send several (2-3 is preferred) poses of your infant to anne@sassybabydesigns.com. Quality is the key! Make sure each photo is 300 dpi at 5 " x 7 " or at least 2100 pixels wide. If your photo is not of this quality or better, Sassy Baby Designs can not ensure the quality of final product.
All grayscale and color photos are accepted. Sassy Baby will convert and crop the photo to best fit the template you have chosen.
How Long Does It Take?
Simply place your order and once you have emailed your photos to us, a sample will be emailed to you for your approval within 48 hours. All orders submitted Saturday and Sunday will not begin processing until Monday. You will generally receive the announcements around one week after you approve your order for printing.

Thank You Cards:

There is no minimum order requirement for thank you cards.
Shipping: There is a flat USPS Priority mail shipping and handling fee of $8.95 per order to all addresses in the United States. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. In a hurry? We can quote you a price to ship via next day service and the difference in price will be invoiced to you.
Thank you cards ship free with any announcement purchase. Otherwise, shipping and handling is a flat fee of $8 per order.
Canadian Orders: We do ship to Canada via the USPS, but an addtional shipping charge of approximately $9-$11 on top of our standard shipping charge will apply. You will be billed the difference via an invoice from Paypal. It normally takes between 7-10 days once it's shipped to reach your home in Canada.

If for any reason there is a problem with your announcements due to an error on our part, simply return them for reprinting or a full refund less shipping. We will work with you to make sure you are thrilled with your announcements. What else do you offer?: Return Address Printed on Envelopes: Return addresses can be printed on your envelopes for 25 cents each. Fonts and colors will match your announcements. A proof will be sent with your announcement proof.
Return Address Labels: Return address labels can be ordered for 45 cents each plus $6 shipping. Shipping is free with any announcement order. Choose from either 2.5" diameter circle labels or 2.6"x1" rectangle labels. Colors and fonts will match your announcements. A proof will be sent with your announcement proof.
Rounded Corners: Rounded corners can be added to your announcements for 10 cents each.
Need it right away? A "rush" design option is available for $10. Your order will become our first priority in the design and shipping proces. Our professional results are amazingly fast!
Pre-ordering envelopes : Pre-Ordering Envelopes: If you would like to order your envelopes before the baby arrives, this service is for you. Linen envelopes can be pre-ordered for 35 cents each plus $6 shipping. This way you can address and stamp your envelopes before the baby comes and while you still have the time! The cost of the envelopes will be refunded once you place your announcment order. Shipping will not be refunded.
If placing an order for announcements, envelopes are included with every order - so there's no need to select this service.
Can I see a sample?: Sassy Sample Packs are available for $5. After placing your Sassy Sample Pack order, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a discount code for $5 off your birth announcement order. Sample packs are available for a boy, girl or surprise and you will receive one photo card, one metallic cardstock card, and one linen cardstock card. These are shipped in a linen envelope which are the same linen envelopes we include free in every order. Your sample pack payment will not be refunded unless you place a birth announcement order with Sassy Baby Designs of 20 cards or more.

At Sassy Baby Designs, we care very much about your safety and security. We will collect your information for ordering purposes only and never sell, trade or distribute your information to a third party. We hate spam and know you do too! We will only use your email address once or twice a year to alert you of special holiday offers of which you can opt out at any time. You will never receive spam from placing your order.
We do occasionally use our customer's proofs on our website for promotional purposes only. We will always remove any identifiable information.
We ensure your payment information is safe and secure by handling all of your payment information through Paypal. It is a secure, well-known, well-trusted website. We do not have access to any of the payment information other than your address.

Can I View My Design Before Ordering?:
Our announcements and designs are so custom crafted that it would be impossible to offer what many simple type and artwork sites show. You are submitting your baby's photograph for an elegant design. We do not simply "plop" your photos into a template. We look at each photo, adjust it for color, and twist it this way and that to make it perfect. There is not a formula for what we do. Being able to see your announcement in a computerized template before placing the order wouldn't do our announcements justice - that's just not us.
Unfortunately, the world of home computers, photo software, and great home printers make it impossible to send an email proof to you before payment. Our company makes it our #1 goal to make you happy before we send your proof off to our professional lab for printing. We will make corrections, edits, even change the design to make sure you are thrilled with your announcements.
Cancellation policy: If your order is cancelled before a proof has been emailed to you, you will receive a full refund via Paypal. If the order is cancelled after you receive your proof via email, a $35 design charge will apply and the rest of your original payment will be refunded.
Your payments through Paypal via credit card or your Paypal account make your payment refundable if we fail to provide the promised service. This is something that would never happen, but it's always nice for you to know since this is the big world wide web. We have hundreds of satisified parents, and we don't see that changing anytime soon!
